The Legion bug is not just FOV
Talk to any streamers who play Legion or Legion mains. The speed bug is not just a case of FOV. Legion is slower. Do the people at BHVR who look in to bugs have absolutely no idea how Legion was before the last update?

I just got out of a five minute round against a Legion going beyond Blight speed perpetually, and not only that but seemingly able to see their auras at all times. Bug or cheat? The person playing like this didn’t have any guilt at all about it.

Devs didn't fix Legion in their hotfix

I assume bubba's chainsaw ms wasn't fixed either since I don't see it in patch notes?
Those two bugs are the most annoying from my perspective as they affect game balance significantly.

A ton of bugs weren't fixed. Billy and Bubba are still broken. Nurse is still broken beyond all good measure, though that's been an ongoing thing. The legion one is the worst though; she's entirely unplayable rn.

If you really think Legion is still bugged, please do report it in the bug report section (https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/bugs), would be better if you could show us evidence as well, maybe a clip that shows Legion covering the same distance in the same time both in Frenzy and not in Frenzy.
For what I know the devs tested Legion when the bug was present with their tools and saw it was just an FOV issue, while the speed was the correct value.

It was before the hotfix but I noticed the speed reduction before being told about it while playing against her, not as her. I don't see how the killer pov would make the killer look slower to survivors?
3 -
It has been; and people have done that already. A few times in fact.
There is no way to show two legions racing afaik with custom games so I am not sure what more evidence beyond what was shown already you want someone to submit. What do you want us to do to show it? What would be acceptable because the video clips so far apparently were not enough.
This kind of thing is where it would REALLY help to be allowed to go into a custom game as killer without a survivor (or vice versa) to test things; I really don't get why we are not allowed to do that.

Wait, devs tested this bug and DIDN'T SPOT the bug?
2 -
Oh, trust me, I'd love a practice mode as much as I'd love maps to be seeded so you could test the issues, but that's above the point.
The only clip that has been shown to me about this issue is someone getting outrun by a Sprint Burst survivor and they said the Legion bug was still present, that is not enough evidence to me.
And @TripleSteal as I explained, they tested Legion and the bug was not the speed, but the FOV, which has been fixed.

Also, @TripleSteal apparently your comments kept going to the spam filter, I just manually approved you so it stops happening.
2 -
Well :/
Legion had 3 separate bugs in previous patch, being:
1) no FF FOV adjustment
2) Reduced lunge attack in FF
3) 4.6 FF m/s
Can anyone who touched legion since hotfix confirm that number 2 and number 3 are still here?

Thanks, I'm typing on my phone and as a result am forced to edit typos every once in a while, which sometimes makes spam filter suspicious of my true intentions.

Tbh I don't even think he's bugged myself in all honesty; I think Legion just sucks more than people realize and it's just in their heads- but there have definitely been around 6 videos I've seen posted so far.
I'll try and make one though, I'll use a stop timer and we can solve this once and for all then.

I'll try to grab some footage of this later today.
Also, is the team aware of the issues with Bubba and Wraith not receiving their movement speed bonuses?

I just tested it, without a doubt he IS moving faster in Frenzy mode.
Average travel time alongside that house in normal movement is 2.45 Seconds.
Average travel time alongside that house in frenzy movement is 2.05 Seconds
15% of 2.45 is about half a second or so; so even calculating for my trigger time with the stop watch it's absolutely faster and seems to be the correct amount faster.
So in summary, Legion isn't bugged, he just kinda sucks haha.

I'll try to play him again tonight then (it's one of my base kit killers) and will return with comments regarding lunge attack and, if something goes wrong, ms.

Good to know he's fixed now but I'm pretty sure he was slower before the hotfix. Even from the survivor pov he was moving slow.
If it's not to much to ask. Could you or someone else see if shadowborn makes a difference.
Maybe Legions fov got spaghetty-coded to their frenzy speed

Ok I managed to put the two videos together, I chose Haddonfield and I ran from one car to the other, so it's clear enough that the distance covered is the same (more or less, to be fair the clip not in Frenzy starts a bit further than the other one, but it's good enough)

As soon as the hotfix went live, my friends and I immediately went to customs to test Legion after their FOV fix.
All I can say is:
- The Legion's lunge is working properly again
- The speed during Feral Frenzy is still bugged, BUT not as slow as before.
In regards to another killer bug:
-The Demogorgon's Shred attack is bugged, resulting in the lunge going half of the normal distance. Yikes
I heard something about Cannibal not having increased movement speed during saw sweeps, and haven't recently played him to clarify if that's true.

I played a lot of bubba last night, I don't usually so I can't say for sure but he seemed pretty speedy?

I'd say report it like Rizzo, but I already saw it reported yesterday, and someone used evidence of a clip from a stream to show it. It would get a bit overcrowded if everyone reports it, wouldn't it?

Ah, I wondered why that was there. Thanks!

Frenzy speed seems to be ok
2 -
Thank you @shalo for taking the time to do that, it's much appreciated

That's weird. Just watched a streamer noticing that the speed is slow even did a little test. Though that stream was like 20 hours ago anything can happen in that time or maybe it's a bug that sometimes appears here and there which isn't exactly new to DBD let's be real.

I knew something felt weird when I wanted to check if Shred was still affected by Coup De Grace
Its not affected but my shred didn't feel like a shred

I tested everything that came to my mind.
Frenzy does give an ms boost, although I openly admit I could have potentially not noticed the difference between 5.1 and 5.2 m/s.
Shadowborn doesn't affect it (so initially this bug was not necessarilly FOV-related)
Lunge attack in FF feels ok.

for what is worth, I played Legion today for the first time since 4.3.0 (so I'm not biased from the previous 4.4.0 bugged Legion) and I didn't notice any difference at all (that is: lunge is present and awesome as always, speed feels unchanged from 4.3.0, but obviously I cannot be sure without a speedometer :P)

Played Legion yesterday, and the speed felt better? Definitely faster than default, but hard to say if it was back to correct. But I swear I had a couple FF lunges where I held the button and still got a little swipe instead of a lunge. But it was intermittent enough it was hard to say if it was user/equipment error or an actual bug...
Though there was definitly a bugged pallet, but that's a different problem...

He is faster, but I feel he may not be as fast as before. like a fraction slower. Though I could be wrong of course.

Well I tested it across 12 different matches as legion today, and timed them all.
Same result across all games so I mean; if it bugs at all I couldn't reproduce it in actual live games at all.
He seems fine tbh.

The Frenzy speed is still not okay. I'm sure someone will report it with more videos.
Frenzy speed right now is SLIGHTLY faster but it's nowhere close to the proper 130% speed it's supposed to be - and due to the speed it's also noticeable that the lunge doesn't go as far as it normally does. The lunge is still slightly better now, but there's still a correlation with the lunge and speed and as THE legion main it is definitely still bugged. I'm sure the devs will look into it though, I'll be waiting patiently

His movement speed increase is by 15% not 30%.
His default move is 4.6 and his frenzy is 5.2
4.6 is considered 115% and 5.2 is 130% so more than a base 15% mathematically but not that much.
In which case it definitely checks out when you clock them right now as working as intended; in every test performed so far. No one has yet provided a clockable video showing it out of time.

I played several actual matches outside of KYF.
FF is currently slower than 5.2, probably about 5.0. Lunge attack in FF goes further than standard lunge distance, but is still shorter than it should be (this one is easier to notice than m/s issue from my perspective).
I don't have any recording software, so I can only offer suggestions: it can be tested on maps with long empty parts (azarov will work). Addonless legion runs for the whole ff duration in a straight line and stop as soon as fatigue state starts. The survivor player then runs the exact same route with a timer. If everything works correctly, it should take him 5.2*10/4=13s.
