Totem Bug on rancid

I was playing as Elodie on rancid, and I saw a hex totem put in the nook of hay and the combine. I went up to it to try and cleanse it, but it wouldn’t let me. I’m not sure if it’s a bug with the map, elodie, or a totem, but I couldn’t cleanse it no matter what I tried. It turned out to be ruin, and we lost so much gen pressure because we couldn’t cleanse it. This experience was on Xbox.
