Stuck in floor when attempting to open hatch in slaughterhouse

When you attempt to open the hatch in the slaughterhouse room where the pigs hang (coldwind farm), you will instead be stuck in the floor and the hatch won't open. Then you'll have to wait until you bleed out or the EGC timer kills you.
I used to have this bug once already, same circumstances. this time it was against legion, last time it was against bubba. both times me and another survivor tried to escape through the hatch. only for us both to be killed cause i get stuck in the floor.
this bug has already been present 3 months ago.
