Hatch EZ solution. Perk it!
just do hatch perk. only for last one. have perk = have hatch with same rules: last one + 2 gens.
when all gens done it appears anyway. and without perk last surv can't hear hatch sound if all team died after 5 gens popped and hatch is opened.
to be fair for survivors, too but get rid of standoffs - give killers same perk for endgame: killer can mori surv who stands in the hatch hitbox and close it if he comes first and surv out of terror radius. to perk be more viable and not aiming only hatch, killers could aslo UNdo open gates thing, kicking it like gen to slowly unprogress it equal time as opening it for surv.
(yet it will be 16 vs 4 perks and i think for survs who hope to escape in the hatch if all team fail. just like killers have NOED for same "things went wrong" thing)
it wont break meta or usual balance, but will be fair for everyone: perk slot + aiming hatch game on purpose. cause i still think that hatch shouldn't exist. but at least it will be not that random and unfair.
