You see the progress of your trophies but that's about it. There are no "resume" cards like in Demon's Souls or Borderlands 3 with unique art on them.

I think they work with all games. It looks like they aren’t tied to anything specific and you just give them if you think someone played well or was friendly. Not sure how to give them though because I’ve never tried using them.

like the 'props'? I used to do it compulsively if nobody was deliberately douchey or insulting in end game chat, started feeling pointless so I started just jumping straight into queue again on pc and rarely even remembered to give the props except for really fun matches by the time I started playing this on ps5. They don't really do anything, although, a few times I did later run into survivors I had good matches with and gave thumbs up later in the same evening on pc (before crossplay) but it might have been just coincidence.
