From The Depths Chapter Idea (Mostly killer)

Map: okichitaw marina-an abandoned harbor outpost, with one section being a lighthouse and the other being a port

Killer: The Hermit (concept art attached)

A waterlogged killer, capable of traversing the map and surprising survivors with his power: Vile Depths

Vile Depths

Hold m2 to create a 2m wide vile depths trail below your feet and within 10 meters ahead where you are looking [If this is not too game breaking id like for it to go up walls, through windows, and over small obstacles but that would be a challenge for the devs] While standing on a vile depths trail, hit ctrl to submerge (taking 3 seconds) While in the depths, you can move at high speeds along the trail, with your terror radius sounding equally distant in your terror radius area. All sounds other than survivor footsteps are muffled and your sight is heavily limited (You can partially see the environment but survivors cannot be seen unless they are within 3 meters of you because your screen is blocked by moss and sea plants) While submerged, press m1 to perform a hook attack, temporarily lunging out of the depths to hit a survivor. After hitting a survivor you use them to pull yourself out, removing the cooldown of emerging but keeping the hit cooldown and speed boost for survivors. Otherwise hit m2 to submerge without attacking, taking 3 seconds. You cannot emerge from or submerge into trails that are not on normal ground. Trails are limited (similarly to PH) but you can remain submerged as long as you want. vile depths trails are moss, water, and barnacles with no indication of where the hermit is

This killer would be very difficult, requiring a lot of setup but with a huge payoff. He would be able to quickly traverse between gens and place trails on loops to snatch survivors, getting a hit through loops that would normally be safe. If he were in the game, he would be terrifying to go against but he would also have quite alot of counterplay and a high skill ceiling
