Unable to interact with totem on Coldwind

I just played (PC) on Coldwind as Feng and tried to cleanse the totem by the tractor, but I was unable to even touch the totem. No "Cleanse" action came up as an option. This got me killed as I was attempting to interact with the totem for too long before the Killer came and hooked me a third time. I spectated another Survivor, a Yui, who had the same issue, as demonstrated by the attached screenshot. This did not happen before the recent totem update.

We both attempted to move about and try different angles but no interaction prompt would come up. She tried it nearly as long as I did.
