camping is fine, borrowed time counters it.

the only thing that a killer can do that ISN'T fine is mori spamming til DC or bodyblocking til DC.

Bodyblocking til NOED is fine and mori spamming isn't fine after a couple animations imo.

Camping is part of the game and many killers rely on it by design. Very few killers have the ability to chase someone, get them on a hook quickly and then race off to the other side of the map to do it again to someone else. Trying to do this will result in a loss every single time while playing the weaker killers. Tunneling, or at the very least using camping to trade the rescuer for the rescued and get another easy hook while another runs off wounded is the only way most killers can win against competent survivors.

If you play, say, Myers, the best thing you can do after hooking someone is to hide nearby, notice the rescuer coming, pop EW3 and down him before he can do the unhook, and then just camp both the hooked person and the downed player. This will slow generator progress to a crawl. Trying to race off to the other side of the map will make you lose.
