Coup De Grace
The perk should not be reliant on survivors completing an objective. It should be reliant on the killer doing killer objectives. So, the killer should gain a stack for hooking a survivor instead of survivors doing gens. It would reward you for doing your objective but there would still be a limited amount of uses.

id rather it keeps its stacks until you injure a survivor with a lunge attack tbh.
the extended lunge CAN be quite good, but it sucks when you use it and then get hit by a pallet or something and get nothing out of it.

Personally, I think it is one of the few perks that would work best as being a cooldown perk. Make it the Killer's equivalent of a survivor's Deadhard. Press E to lunge, 40 second cooldown. Lets the killer control when they get to use it.
