Ash's perks need a rework
Mettle of Man: I'm torn about this because I preferred the way it was upon release. It was never a guarantee you'd get the 3 hits. Especially on Nurse, Hillbilly, Leatherface, Wraith after uncloaking, Legion in frenzy, hag after jumping to where a trap went off, etc. The problem seemed to come from prominent streamers who complained about it. The change I'd like to see is make the requirement 4 normal hits.
Buckle Up: I'm not entirely sure, but I've tried using this several times and it's worthless. The name of it suggests speed so maybe adding something along those lines would be a way to start.
Flip-Flop: Either buff to 75% progression or add speed to wiggling. Hooks are closer together than they used to be and more killers are using Iron Grasp.

I think the best change to flip flop would just be 1:1 conversion. Currently you need 95% recover to get the full effects which only removes 50% of struggle phase, and it takes a long time.
Imo it should be 1:1 but cap at 50%.

MoM should just get 2 protection hits instead of 3.

I feel like the aura reading aspect is also kind of unnecessary.

It is, however that's the only thing they thought they can "perk tier". And making hits go down with tier would make tiers 1-2 useless/close to useless even more.

Ah you're right there. honesylu at this point removing perk tiers would go a long way to actually balance perks imo.

For Buckle Up I'd say make it so the aura reading is map-wide and ignores any aura cloaking (Like Knock Out) or Blindness. It'll basically be an anti-slugging version of Empathy.

Yeah they're just terrible. I can't believe they haven't been changed yet. I have an issue with how weak a lot of characters' perks are, but very few have 3 useless perks.

Flip Flip is okay with Power Struggle, but that's about it.
Buckle Up is pure garbage.
Mettle of Man was nerfed to oblivion so hard that streamers have meme'd it to the point where just getting it to go off is a match goal.

If you're asking for old mettle of man, you're insane.
Flip-flop at 75% means the killer only has 4 seconds to get you to a hook if he slugged you long enough to let you reach that point. On top of flip flop you have the new elodie perk, which when fixed will be incredibly OP. As flipflop is now, it's still pretty strong, but with 75% wiggle progress, you're crazy. There's no way a killer is getting anyone to any hook with 4 seconds of wiggle time - it would be a guaranteed escape. Survivors already have a billion tools to combat slugging.

Yes there are plenty of counter slugging perks but that's a big gamble. There's no way of knowing that's going to be a killer plan and if it's not you have 2 or 3 wasted perk slots.
