nEW KILLER: THE CAPTAIN

Backstory:

Chuck had never felt so alone. Everyone called him Mr. Archer, but formal names feel distant. It was only him in his mind. Him and his lighthouse. Chuck woke up, clocked in, did his duties, caught fish, talk to shipment crews, and slept. He wanted something more, something greater.

One day Chuck was fishing out at sea, hoping for a big catch, when he heard a beautiful voice coming from the water. His mom told him fairy tales and stories on the sirens that scouted the seas for food. He retreated to his island, letting his paranoia get the best of him. He caught no fish that day.

After that day Chuck had a cloud over his head, something looming. Something was calling for him, was it those damned voices? The lovely sounds of a goddess? Chuck would soon find out.

Shipments never arrived that afternoon, and Chuck was hungry, not just of food but of interaction. With no way to cook his own fish and no shipment to feed him, Chuck did the only thing he knw how to do, he sailed. He sailed out until no shore could be seen, madness had gotten the better of him. He was sobbing, no man could live this way sane.

A voice began to ring from the ocean, the mist of the seas rising around him. He peered over the side of his boat, yelling out to whoever was singing. Slowly a gentle womanly hand came out of the water, reaching for Chuck. Chuck hesitated, but he couldn't resist. The mist turned to fog and the water turned black. He was dragged into the water, willingly.

Chuck was now one with the sea, he had found his purpose. His love was only for one. He was happy, and he is not planning on letting anyone reach their destination in this storm.

New survivor: elias kostas

Backstory:

Born into a family of ancient Greek nobles, Elias always had a lot to live up to. He was the smartest of his brothers, contemplating philosophy while his brothers fought for Greece. His parents had always looked down on him for not serving their city-states and instead studying worthless teachings.

Elias had enough and decided to prove to his family how strong he really was, there was more to him than just thoughts, no god would allow that fate onto someone. Under the fake name Hadrian, Elias snuck his way into the gladiatorial arena, awaiting his chance for acceptance.

He waited in damp dungeons with many captured slaves for 3 days waiting for his turn, doing what he could to survive. He was finally chosen, put up against a slave whom he didn't know, but certainly knew him as a noble.

The fight was long and arduous, but in the end Elias was on the ground with the slave standing above him, prepared to take the blood of the ones who captured him. Crowds cheered and peasants celebrated on the streets for they did not know Hadrian for who he was. As the slave was about to lower his blade onto the neck of Elias, fog rolled into the arena. Elias felt nothing but fear, for he thought the fighter inside of him was leaving his body in the form of smoke, but little did he know Hadrian was going to continue his fighting.

Many bodies were found in the wake of the fog, nobles and peasants alike, all but one body. The body of Hadrian.

Of Elias.

When the killer attempts to pick you up, you begin to fight back up to 1/1.5/2 seconds. Fighting back counts towards the your struggle meter and flashlight saves prevent you from being picked up from the dying state.

(also, feel free to critique, I've got my big boy pants on and I can take it!)
