Graphic Bug (Flickering/Twitching)

Out of sudden I'm facing this graphical issue (character both killer and survivor twitching) in gameplay, game menu since few days ago after the latest update. I've tried to reinstall the game, update graphic driver, windows update, the problem still persists. I have no issues at all with any other games, even graphic intense games.
