Same bug happened to me yesterday, it was undying, at least we got ride of ruin but it took 4 totems

I had this in my lobby just now. 3 of us trying to get this as it was in use and lets just say we lost the game.
Not fun at all.

Just had the same issue... unfortunately It was ruin and GF was also running surveillance... blehhhhh
