New Weather Event

I have a cool new Event idea. When I say event I mean something like how back in the day you could change the moonlight making the map brighter or darker. I have a better idea, instead of changing the light or where the hatch spawns change the weather. So when a offering is added it will slightly increase the weather(survivors) or considerably increase the weather(killers). First it would start off as a light rain. Nothing too loud or dark, you can kind of hear it but it doesn't really affect the game. Second would make it drizzle which makes the rain a little more noticeable and loud. The clouds would be slightly darker. (also indoor maps would have your offerings cast aside.) Third would make it rain this is when it would start changing the game (this is where the killer's add-on would take you.) The sky would be gray and it would be loud but just barley not enough to mask over the sounds of the game. Also if you are in the rain preforming an action such as going gens, healing, mending, and using an item would make it slower, so gens, healing, mending would take longer and items would burn out slower. However doing things like vaulting, pallets, and wiggling would be faster in the rain. Hooking and breaking things would be faster. Fourth the rain now drowns out the game. The sky is dark and doing tasks are way harder/longer/quicker/shorter than before(depending on what your doing.) You can clearly see the rain in your face making it hard to see your surroundings or a survivor hiding. Fifth. This is if all survivors and the killer brought the add-on. There would be lighting and complete darkness. Everything would be practically impossible/extremely fast in the rain. There would be lighting strikes at the gens, near the killer, and near the survivor closes to the killer. This would cause a moment of light illuminating the killer/survivor to each other. The red stain is gone and you can barley hear the heartbeat the rain. However if you are inside none of these affects apply. Now if lighting strikes a gen being worked on the next time a survivor touches it they will trigger a extremely difficult skill check. If they hit it then 7% will be added to the gen but if they miss is 3% will be removed and they will scream, and be injured/mending. Now if you bring in the opposite of weather offerings it will decrease the weather until the sun comes out making everything light and more visible. What do you think? Should this be something in the future? If you do please let someone in charge know so that there is a possibility for this cool event. Thanks

    I like the idea, but the fact that it actively gives benefits to the survivors it could be easily abusable, IE: a SWF bring four identical offerings to buff themselves, not to mention the dark, loud gloom would make stealth incredibly easy.

    The idea of randomized weather is good, but if it gave buffs and debuffs it would be very easily abusable.
