A lot of interesting things came from this section of the Tome, but the most interesting part in my opinion comes from the Observer himself. I think it's safe to say that he's going a bit crazy, but it seems to me that he might actually be losing it completely. He lost recollection of several days, only to find a pile of horribly mutilated corpses in his Study.

In the final part, he mentions how he can "barely recognize his own thoughts" and starts "reliving the most horrific murders in his collection with a strange kind of pleasure". Is he finally succumbing to the madness of the entity, only to become one of the killers?

What are your thoughts on this section of the tome?
