PC - Invisible hitbox on Azarov's Resting Place

While playing as Plague on the updated Azarov's Resting Place, the shack spawned near an exit gate. I was unable to vomit on survivors or the exit gate switch outside of a very short range due to the projectiles being blocked by thin air.
I've attached screenshots of the collision along with the required log.
Additional information
- Perks played: Surveillance, Pop Goes the weasel, BBQ and Chilli, Brutal Strength.
- Frequency of the issue: happened consistently within a game; enough to capture several screenshots.
