Uncleansable Totem on Torment Creek (PC)

Title says it all... don't know how many times you'll have to reroll the seed to get this to occur again.

MAP: Torment Creek

LOCATION: One of the harvesters

ISSUE: No prompt to cleanse the totem

    Same thing happened to me today on the rotten fields map same spot by the harvester so I’m guessing all the coldwin maps have this issue
