shards purchase error

so i tryed to bye the new killer with shards but the servers had a heart attack prossecing and i had to restart my game but now it took my shards without giving me anything and i've read things abt dbd not careing abt shards. am i just gonna get robed by behaviour be honest I sent a ticket but i have low hopes rn reading everything.

    at least you created a ticket and as long as you provided the necessary info they should contact you. I can imagine than shard purchases won’t be as important for them as auric/real money purchases though so I wouldn’t hold my breath :-/
