i have to validate my files everytime a patch or fix is released?

everytime a new patch or fix comes out the EAC pops up and says i have to validate my files cause they found them to be modified, which i havent modified my files at all so idk why it keeps saying that. i dont want to get my account banned for nothing.

    Your account will not be banned for have modified files, it just wont let you play until they are fixed. I also have to validate my files after every patch, and I have no idea the reason
