Give FULL POINTS to killer for Disconnects

I just got my gaming PC this week, but before, I played & enjoyed killer, I just couldn't get past rank 16 because my system sucked (All-in-one system.) In a chase as killer, I had between 8-15 FPS. Best I ever saw as survivor was 28 FPS. 15 was the norm.
As a rank 16 killer, late evening, I was in a match with a red, two purple and one green rank. I barely touched them and didn't have a single hook. As I chased three of them out the exit gates, one was tea bagging, injured. I hit her and she went down. No biggie normally, she would fall out of reach and be safe, but she misjudged. She was too far from the fence. I picked her up (the other 2 other had left the game, and last was at the other exit or hatch) and she DC'd. This would have been my one hook, a late hook, and probably a late sacrifice as well and I got almost no points for this because I only got the disconnect bonus. The player was a console player and that's all I know. Reported the DC. It was a frustrating game anyways, as I was playing against people well out of my capabilities, but at least I would have gotten something.
With my new system, I am now rank 8 killer and steadily moving up, but I get even more DC's now. I don't tunnel, I don't camp. I do chase excessively, because I try to get everyone hooked at least once. But when you down someone quickly, BAM, they quit. No hook, no entity summoned, no sacrifice. Had one game where 2 players DC'd. One was the first person downed, early on, and the second one was shortly there after when I went to hook him a second time in a relatively short span.
I've heard from other, red rank, killers that they can de-pip if a single player DC's. I'm not there yet, so I don't know, but killers should get the devout & sacrifice points for it.

I can't understand how you could play at 15 fps. That's the only thing bothering me. Besides that, everything seems normal here.

lol it was frustrating. I found out if I face the wall while working on a gen near the map edge, I could get in the 20's regularly. As killer, trying to m1 a juking opponent, was ... often futile. Some players asked post game if I was trolling. Which I wasn't. Oh and I'm at 60 FPS now and it's beautiful.

So do you mean more emblems or bloodpoints? Either way, given how unbelievably toxic this community is, I know for a fact there will be killers that play extremely toxic to push survivors to dc in order to gain bloodpoints/emblems.
This is a good idea, it's just a shame that we have to consider how certain players would use this.

10-15 fps is normal on Lery's on Xbox1, has been for months. The other indoor maps suffer just as much.

So, I could live with if one player DCs you get a safety pip, but full blood points. But that's because I'm still working on getting the perks I want and need the bloodpoints. (At 54 bloodwebs, I finally got BBQ tier 1... stupid me for prestiging.) But honestly, I think it should count for sacrifice and devout emblems as well.
I've been playing for 3 months now and until this week, 99% of it was as survivor. The only "bad" (in my book) killers I've encountered are the ones that camp/tunnel. I've not had any that I would consider toxic.
What exactly does a toxic killer do to make him toxic?

It's very subjective, and often colored by one's own experiences. Some say toxic is slugging at 4-5 gens remaining and hooking no one. Some say playing Huntress with Iri Hatchets & belt. Some say even just playing NOED. Although I don't do it myself, I've seen a Piggy bodyblock the 4th Jigsaw box to see a head pop. Some others consider Franklin's toxic, or just Ruin/Undying these days.
It kinda is all over the place, precisely as a definition of Tunneling or of Camping vary greatly.

Ok but how do you compensate the remaining survivors for the DC? Do they get bloodpoints? Fewer generators to complete? Faster progression?

For the survivors, give them full points/progress towards altruism as if they rescued/healed the person. As for the gens...maybe a slight buff to repair, depending on how far into the game the DC'd player got.
