Game breaking invisible skillcheck bug just now

I hopefully won't be able to recreate it but I had a bug on PS4 just now where I'd get the skillcheck sound but see NO SKILLCHECK!
Incredibly frustrating trying to heal a teammate, failing an invisible skillcheck and getting them killed
I didn't save the video, just want it noted that this happened
