Devotion Skin
When reaching player level 100 you are reset back to level 1 and given a shiny green number beneath your player level, this is called devotion. It serves no purpose besides letting you get the easy shards you get from leveling up early on.
We have prestige skins and you can easily get 2 or 3 characters to P3 before devotion level 1, so why is there no special skin or ANY reward for devotion? The word devotion itself implies loyalty, why would you not reward your most loyal players?

If there was a devotion cosmetic, it would have to be something generic across all characters. Kind of like the entity crown cosmetic.
And it should be legitimately hard to obtain like Devotion 10+

I like the idea of a devotion cosmetic or someway of denoting it in-game. Hopefully, it's something that will be implemented someday.
