Perk Suggestion: Hex: Atychiphobia (Fear of failing)
As a killer, I often have to counter gen rushing, which almost never works for me, so I thought, what Perk could counter it, without being too unfair. It has to be a Hex perk, so survivors can disable it.
Then I thought, Gen Rushing is, when more survivors sit on a gen, and repait it, so it won't take that long.
Hex Perk + Gen Rush Counter = Hex: Atychiphobia
The more people are sitting on a generator, the slower it will progress.
1 Survivor: 80 seconds
2 Survivors: 85 Seconds
3 Survivors: 90 Seconds
4 Survivors: 95 Seconds
So if you use that Totem, Survivors have to disable it, if they want to rush

Gen rushing is when survivors split up and do the gens by themself. This would be like blood favor where it's teaching the survivor to play right.
Cool name though 👍️ we need more phobia names

Atychiphobia sounds like a condition a lot of DBD players have.

This ^
It'd actually be beneficial to the survivors to bring it into the game.
I'd suggest it being the opposite; the survivors' fear of failing causes them to group up and ensure a generator is finished the first time round.
Generators now take 95 seconds to complete, reduced by 5 seconds for every other survivor also on that generator.
That would counter people splitting up on gens, but would also make Prove Thyself an even stronger perk if this perk ever became meta. I can see this, with RuinDying, being absolutely atrocious to deal with though, so maybe it's best if this stays in the drafts.

Well okay, that sounds a lot more balanced than my idea
