Any means necessary aura addition
I've recently start using Any Means Necessary. It is quite good, but as a solo player I don't know if somewhere on the map a teammate dropped and walked away from perfectly fine pallet. So I can't get much benefit out of the perk and remember why I never use it.
I think the perk could use some aura reading ability. Like auras of dropped pallets on map. It would be a good chase tracking method and I believe it would make Any means necessary a nice to have perk for most of solo players.

Windows of Opportunity already does that.

Not exactly. WOO shows you every vaulting place in a limited range. You can't possible track chases or see any dropped pallet unless you run around the map. What I am suggesting is very different. It shows only dropped pallets and has more range to it.
