Game crashes on start up [ucrtbase.dll]

Went through the logs and it keeps trying to debug the file ucrtbase.dll, couldnt find the file anywhere.
Lots of people told me its a coding issue, C++ redist issue. Nothing I can do about it, Ive updated my drivers, validated my fails, ect. So I just need the DBD team to fix that....
