Shrine of Secrets bugged

So something I've noticed is that lately new DLC perks, cost only 2000 shards in the shrine of secret, even though they used to cost 2700 shards. At first I thought you changed it without announcing, but I see in your latest post that, they are supposed to cost 2700 shards.
