Perk ideas for fun :)

Hey everyone! I was bored and decided to randomly think of some perk ideas. These aren't serious or really thought through so they may be a bit unbalanced or not great. Despite this, I really wanted to share them and get some thoughts on them: are they balanced, would you run them, any issues with them? Etc.

Anyway, here are 4 survivor perks and 4 killer perks, survivor perks are somewhat based around repairing, and killer perks are somewhat based around time.

Survivor perks

First come, First serve

You've always enjoyed being the first one to try something and will do anything to satisfy your wants.

Upon being the first survivor to interact with a generator, that generator will instantly increase to 7%/11%/16% repair progress, and your repair speed will be increased by 20% for the first 5 seconds of the repair.

When 3 or more generators still need to be completed, the auras of the closest 2 unrepaired generators will be revealed to you.

Flick of the switch

You are appalled by the reversed rate of your work caused by the killer; you will do anything it takes to quickly revert the progress back.

Activate-able perk. 1/1/2 activation(s) per match. When walking up to a generator that is regressing or has been regressed by the killer, press the active ability button to instantly bring the generator progress back to the percentage it was at when it had first started regressing.

See the killers aura for 3/4/6 seconds everytime they perform a 'damage generator' action.

Chatterbox

You become lonely much faster than others and will take any possible opportunity to talk with another being, no matter the risk.

When repairing a generator with a survivor who has escaped a chase within the last 3 minutes, all survivors on the current generator will see the killers aura for the duration of the repair.

If the killer is further than 29/33/38 meters from the generator while chatterbox is active, your repair speed is decreased by 5%.

When either the generator is completed or you/ the survivor who had escaped a chase leaves the generator, you will continue to see the killers aura for an additional 3/5/6 seconds.

Wired hardware

Your expertise in technical skill has allowed you to enhance the quality of generator repairs and further expand their usefulness.

When you complete a generator, a connected bomb will explode on the killer, resulting in them being stunned for 4/6/6.5 seconds and dropping any survivor they were carrying. The killer's location will be revealed to you for the duration of the stun. The killer will not see the location of the completed generator.

You repair the last 15% of generators moderately faster.

Killer perks

Hex: Timed destruction

The lack of progress being made by the survivors annoys the entity, and results in a punishment.

All generators have a timer above them that starts at 0 seconds.

Only you can see the timers within a 5/6/7 meter radius. Survivors cannot see the timers.

When survivors work on a generator, the timer will count up. If the survivors leave the generator, the timer will count back down.

If the timer reaches 0 seconds after being at at least 11/9/6 seconds, then the generator will explode, causing a loud noise notification at its location, and the generator to lose 18%/24%/29% progress and continue to regress at a normal rate.

Optimism

Despite not perfectly succeeding, you are optimistic for the future, and will empower yourself to learn from the past.

Every 65/60/50 seconds that pass without you hitting a survivor, optimism gains a token for a maximum of 8 tokens.

2 tokens - Gain a 2%/3%/4% haste status effect

4 tokens - Periodically see survivors' locations every 20 seconds

6 tokens - All survivors suffer with the exposed status effect

8 tokens - See all survivors' auras

*Token benefits stack

Hitting a survivor will cause you to lose all tokens.  Hitting a survivor while you have at least 6 tokens will also deactivate optimism for 45 seconds.

You will lose all tokens if you do not hit a survivor for 80 seconds while optimism has 8 tokens.

Clumsy vaults

Your unnerving presence stresses survivors out and ultimately causes their demise in the form of mistakes and failure.

Upon being in a chase with a survivor for 14/8/7 seconds, clumsy vaults activates. While clumsy vaults is active, the survivor you are chasing will have a 49%/58%/68% chance to fail a fast vault for the next 35 seconds.

When a healthy survivor fails a fast vault, they become injured and cannot move for 2 seconds. When a injured survivor fails a fast vault, they cannot move for 3.5 seconds.

A survivor's location will be revealed to you when they fail a fast vault.

Hex: Unfair headstart

You get tired easily and want to get the work done quick; running around is not your ideal activity.

When beginning a chase with a survivor, that survivor suffers with the exposed status effect for the first 4/6/8 seconds of the chase.

Successfully downing the survivor during this time period will result in Hex: unfair headstart having a cooldown of 40/35/32 seconds. Otherwise, the cooldown is reduced to 36/31/28 seconds.

Hex: Unfair headstart's cooldown will not begin while in a chase, and will pause while in a chase.

Hex: Unfair headstart's related hex totem cannot be cleansed until you have began at least 3 chases with survivors; the success or failure of the chase is ignored in this instance.
