Does DBD progress transfer to a new PC?

I might be getting a new PC soon and I was wondering if all my progress I have made from DBD will still be there on my new PC. Do I just simply log in to my steam account from my new PC and all the characters I've purchased and leveled will still be there, or is there something else I need to do to make sure all my progress will be transferred? Thanks!

    Yes. Your progress is linked to your steam account rather than any device that you might use to access it.

    Yes, BHVR stores your save data on their cloud servers, so even if you don't have Steam Cloud Sync on. Your data will be saved no matter what.
