Tome 1 Level 3, Buried Underground Error

Dear Team,

Currently I'm in Tome 1 Level 3 on Buried Underground Challenge where I have to hook 5 survivors in the basement. I already succeed 3 times, however, I cant progress anymore, whether I already hooked them and even sacrificed them several times in the basement.

Need your help so that I can progress the level, earn the bloodpoints, and complete the lore T_T
