Hit validation disabled again??

After the latest patch, I've been getting laggy hits almost every match just like before hit validation.
Both videos are on pc after the 4.4.2 patch with 50-60 ping. i'm sure none of these hits would have connected in patch 4.4.1 where hit validation was enabled and working.
If it really is disabled because of bugs or whatever please communicate in social media/in-game, there was no message about this after the latest patch. If it is enabled, revert hit validation back like it were in 4.4.1 version. no point in having this as is if hits like these still connect.

This looks almost like all my games, but I have ping 35ms.
