Twins Rework Concept
Alright, so after playing the Twins steadily and getting used to their power, I've noticed a few things:
- Victor being crushed can be extremely detrimental to your map pressure
- Their power allows them to be extremely strong at slugging
- Aside from slugging, Charlotte and Victor hardly have anything going for them. Maybe a bit of information and map pressure, but not much.
So, here's my proposed rework. It keeps the same premise as the Twin's current state, but makes it more balanced and allows the Twins to be stronger without slugging.
SUMMARY/TL;DR:
The main idea of this rework is to make Victor more permanent in his areas. Instead of being crushed and sent back to Charlotte, he is stunned and put into a temporary 'dormant' state, from which he will awaken briefly and have a short moment of invincibility. As for attacking and downing, Victor attaches to the survivors regardless of health state, this makes it harder to slug. However, survivors that are downed with Victor attached cannot be healed and they grant Charlotte a short moment of haste to catch up to Victor. Also, Victor no longer will teleport back to Charlotte if he is not used for a certain duration. But Charlotte can recall him while he's idle.

Blood Bond:
Press and hold the Power Button to unbind Victor. Unbinding Victor will switch you to his perspective. Press the Ability Button to swap between Victor and Charlotte.
When left on his own, Victor will detect nearby survivors using Killer Instinct, revealing them to Charlotte. However, nearby survivors can stun victor into a temporary dormant state.
If Victor is stunned while idle, he cannot be used for 15 seconds. After these 15 seconds are up, Victor cannot be stunned for another 5 seconds.
Victor has no limit to how long he can remain idle. However, after 45 seconds of being idle, Charlotte can recall him.
Special Attack: Pounce
When controlling Victor, hold the Ability Button to charge a pounce and tap the Attack Button to unleash it.
If Victor's attack hits a healthy survivor, Victor latches on to that survivor, injuring and afflicting the survivor with Broken, Incapacitated, and Oblivious status effects.
If Victor's attack hits an injured survivor, Victor will latch on to that survivor and down them. While latched on, survivors may attempt to stun Victor. While Victor is latched on, survivor's crawl speeds are reduced by 50% and they are afflicted with the Broken and Oblivious status effects. Survivors cannot be healed from the dying state while Victor is attached.
If Victor is not removed within 15 seconds, the survivor and Victor are revealed to Charlotte and Charlotte may recall him.
When Victor is removed, he is stunned for 25 seconds, with a 5 second period of being unable to be stunned following that.
When Victor's pounce attack is successful, Charlotte will awaken and receive a 7% haste status for 6 seconds.
If Victor misses an attack, he is temporarily vulnerable to be stunned. This will put him in a dormant state for 25 seconds with a 5 second period of being unable to be stunned following that.

Thank you! I currently love the Twins, I just think Victor is a little weak and needs to play too toxic for fun if they're to win. I would love to see this implemented or tried out for the Twins.
