Healing at the gate

This exploit of healing people downed close to the gate to prevent a pickup needs to be dealt with. Allow killers to pickup someone being healed. Plain and simple. Easy fix. (or grab the person healing like when working on a gen or totem).

    this was something before but for some reason they made the action of the survivors overtake the killer action
