Does DBD include cross-progression?

I play DBD on Xbox but I am going away over the next few days so will not be able to claim those sweet iridescent shards for opening the game. I have DBD on my PC (which I will be able to take with me) but I don't know how to log onto the same account, if I can. Any help would be appreciated :)

    Sadly there is only cross progression between Steam & Stadia at this present time, with Switch joining shortly. There's no guarantee that Cross Progression will come to other platforms unfortunately.
