Unrelenting rework?
Not many people run unrelenting as it is a very underwhelming perk. I think it should be buffed or reworked in some way to make it viable. I was thinking something along the lines of: for every completed generator gain a 10/12/14% reduced cool-down of missed Basic attacks. When the hatch or exit gates are open your movement speed is increased by 5% and the cooldown for missed basic attacks is reduced by 100%.
I think that this would make it much stronger, especially at the end of the game. When the exit gates are powered the cooldown would be 50/60/70% faster and while it may seem weak it's definitely an improvement over what it is currently. The second feature also adds a little bonus to the perk. Does anybody have any other ideas of how unrelenting could be changed?

It would be hilarious to stack this with NOED and spam M1, Mad Grit style, during all your chases in the EGC while rocketing around at 124% speed :D

Unrelenting is one of the perks that's supposed to be basic
None of the other basic perks are complicated (I think)

Yeah Unrelenting is meant to be a very simple and basic perk, though it is definitely too weak as of now. There's absolutely no reason to run it at higher levels. Could possibly make it so it decreases time needed to gain Bloodlust? Or possibly reduce time after successful hits too, but it would need to be a much smaller amount (probably 10% at l3 if even)
