Uncleansable totems

Something I came across yesterday was a ruin next to a coldwind tractor that couldn't be cleansed. It was ruin, but i assume other totems that aren't lit in the position can't be cleansed either.

Then in the community server someone else reported this problem on autohaven in this position:

This is obviously detrimental to the game as if it was something like devour it would make the game a 100% win for the killer, however in the second photo it was also ruin.

    Experienced the same tractor totem - was ruin and uncleansable.
