Framerate Dropping

Description of the Issue: While playing as a killer or survivor, I noticed my framerate dropping from 60 FPS down to 14 FPS.
Steps to reproduce: Play a full game of DBD. Try Oni Map, Game Plant, School. Those are the maps so far that I know. I think it is happening on all of them.
How often does this occur: So far it's happening all the time.
I'm playing the game on ULTRA.
