So you got Dead by Daylight for Christmas and you're kind of intimidated by everything so you came to the forums in hopes of advice. That's cool. I've got ya covered this year.

So you wanna play survivor but want to practice so you have a better chance of winning? This will help you out a lot.

Everything else comes in time. You can die and still win, so don't get discouraged!

Want to play a killer? Just patrol generators and play the killer you think looks the coolest. The Huntress and Nurse have the highest mechanical skill, but Trapper and Hillbilly are the easiest to learn while the Wraith falls in the middle. Unlock your perk slots as soon as you can! The base game kit comes with most of the best perks you can have in the game, so don't worry about DLC or anything unless you're already comfy!

The tutorial is pretty nice too. You get bloodpoints for completing it, don't overlook it, those points can give you a leg up!

    I remember using this when I was a new player!

    Looking at the page, I had a 58% accuracy the last time I used it.
