Tome 1 Level 4 Challenge Bug PC

Going back into old tomes I missed I noticed that the challenge 'Agitated Advantage' doesn't complete no matter how many times I hook survivors. The challenge specifies that 5 survivors must be hooked, I assumed this meant hook any assortment of survivors five times but this doesn't seem to be the case as it doesn't complete no matter what I try, And I don't need to tell you that finding a unique fifth survivor is impossible!~

    Upon trying other challenges I think all challenges related to basement hooks are bugged atm! The Territorial Imperative challenge in Tome 3 isn't working for me either
