Pig crouching cheese

Just a quick question because I've been encountering this alot and it feels really scummy. What are you meant to do against a pig that just crouches after you while your trap is ticking? Since it doesn't register as a chase because she is stealthed, the timer just continues ticking. This makes getting a trap off impossible and encourages tunneling people into oblivion, as they either get desperate and try to take off the trap while being followed, or they end up like me and die because they just keep following you until the trap pops off. So if you've been in the situation, how do you deal with this? It just seems like an inescapable scenario to me.

    Accept that you are going down and try to take the mask off at her face to force her to down you. In dying state, the timer stops and then she needs to either hook you or camp you untill someone heals you. It takes a lot of time to actually tunnel someone into dying to RBT and she most definetely loses the game in the meanwhile.

    From emotional point of view, considering it to be a bubba facecamping you while you use camaredire kind of scenario. Nothing is gonna save you, but your sacrifice gives your team a nearly guaranteed victory.
