Totem in Spot that cannot be cleansed

I play DBD on PC only.
There is a spot around the large red tractors where a totem can spawn, but cannot be cleansed. It is between a large tire and the ramp players use tog et up. I will attach pictures.
To reproduce, just spawn in a farm map with the totem spawned there. I see no indication that holding items, having certain perks, the totem being lit or not, or playing specific survivors affects this.
I have seen the totem spawn here twice, and both times it could not be touched.
