Players IQ's drop as they get close to escaping

I'm a solo player and I swear I feel like people IQ drops as we get close to escaping. People seem to panick, get themselves slugged, run the killer into the last gen, or whatever the case is.

Ive experienced so many s**t storms when theirs 1 gen left.

The match is fine in the beginning, middle and once were close, people loose their common sense or ability to problem solve.

This isn't rocket science its dbd.

    Have you ever played a video game like a platformer or hack and slash and you're doing really well, doing everything perfect and such but suddenly you die for some stupid reason? (Like, get hooked?)

    You know how the rest of the night you keep dying to stupid stuff that you know you're better than?

    I think it's like that, but in real time.
