Probably the Biggest Frustration of Learning Killer

I've been wondering why as I get more hours as killer it feels like I'm regressing. Then I saw the numbers that show at lower ranks, killers get more sacrifices and slowly decrease over time. It is actually pretty crazy that as one gets theoretically more skilled, they end up getting less kills, so that it actually feels like as you rank up you are getting worse. This has especially been the case for me when I go from high purple to rank 3 or so ... It's almost counter-intuitive to want to climb.

    Because survivors learn how to loop and killers at middle ranks don’t understand how to counter it. It equalises at bit more at red ranks

    If you just chill, play for fun and not care about the outcome or how anybody plays in the game, you can be perma rank 10-14 like me and always have a great time without ever having sweatfest trials to deal with. That is...unless the matchmaking system screws you, which it does about half the time for me lol.

    Idk about that. I was rank 1 for long time then de ranked on purpose all the way back to 16 and started to play exactly like you. Still somehow climbing ranks even using my lower tier killers. Will be back in red rank next game and that's with giving hatch every game.
