Survivor Stuck in Locker

I was playing Myers 15 min ago and i couldn't find the last survivor until i checked a random locker.
The missing Jake was inside it but no animation came. Instead he just stood in there as if he was outside a locker - being able to crouch, point, etc...
Eventually i looked for hatch and waited for EGC to finish the Job
I am playing on PC
THe map is called Autohaven Wreckers or Gashaven(?) i think (the one with the gen inside the "garage"
