Buried Underground - doesn't progress for hooking in the basement

This challenge from tome 1 level 3 doesn't give any progress for hooking in the basement while the challenge is active, it doesn't say that it needs to be in 1 game either unlike master challenges

    still pending a response, almost two weeks ago, tome 3 level 1 and level 2 have a basement challenge uncompletable. Writing a letter to my congressman soon.
