DS decisive strike does not stun in this scenario

this is cuz u r right under hook and u had ur skill check zone at the end of circuit. it's same scenario when as killer u can hit m1 before surv hit his ds and stun him, so if he spam space for hook animation he is first and u actually can't stun him in his animation. u can clearly hear ur skill check success but it's not registered cuz u r already in hooking animation, u don't lose ur ds but if u r death hook it's little bit frustrating.

Pretty sure this is intended, hooking animation is not cancellable AFAIK.
This is just bad luck that you got the 11 o'clock skillcheck. If it had been any earlier he would not have gotten the hook.

It is not quite cancelled, more specifically u can not initiate it as a killer at the time when DS skillcheck is active (or so it was last time I tested it).
I'm open to corrections if someone is down to test it in KYF, as my data is far from up to date.

This isn't a bug.
The killer is in the hook animation already when you hit the skill check so the hooking animation will take priority.
