Any uses for deadmans switch ?

Has anyone managed to find a use for dead man's switch ? It seems useless if not detrimental if you have ruin.

Doctor can use it kinda well but It works best on class photo Freddy, which is the add on that makes it so blood spurts at every gen. But survivors will realize you have it.

Idk deadmans switch is a weird perk

I have seen a cool Dead Man's Switch build involving that perk + Nemesis + Oppression + Lullaby. It's niche af but the point of it is that you're always chasing the obsession (because of Nemesis), then when you hook them you immediately kick a gen so that Oppression will activate and give any gen that's being repaired a difficult skill check, and hopefully with the Lullaby stacks survivors will mess up and the gen will be blocked by Dead Man's Switch.

It's far from being meta, but very fun when it works, lmao.

Freddy with Class photo is the best method imo. Hook obsession -> use teleport -> every gen plays the teleport animation -> Survivors get faked out into letting go of the gen -> Dead Man's Switch blocks multiple gens.

If the blocked gens did some regression it could be good

DMS, Thrilling Tremors, Nemesis, and STBFL on either Nurse or Demo. Use Thrilling to figure out which gens are being done and then use your mobility to scare survivors off that gen, activating DMS
