New Survivor Perk Ideas: Gentilhomme and Demoiselle

Gentilhomme (Name WIP)
You've always been a true gentleman. All female survivors within 8 meters receive the following bonuses:

  • 1/3/5% faster action speed
  • 2/4/8% item charge efficiency
  • 3/5/10% faster exhaustion, hemorrhage, mangled, hindered, and blindness recovery

Demoiselle (Name WIP)
You've always had a great personality. All male survivors within 8 meters receive the following bonuses:

  • 1/3/5% faster action speed
  • 2/4/8% item charge efficiency
  • 3/5/10% faster exhaustion, hemorrhage, mangled, hindered, and blindness recovery

While the perk(s) does provide a variety of bonuses I'd just like to point out that they are all weaker than if each of the three original perks had been used. So you lose some value in exchange for flexibility in your perk build.
