Change for slug?
Im so tired of being slugged for the 4k its so time wasting. Pls change something, I understand why killer do it but its ######### annoying

I´d suggest a different solution.
After 2 minutes of neither moving nor recovering, you can recover the last bit to get up once per trial. Unbreakable could be tweaked to just speed the process up to the current form (and the bonus recovery should fade after you got picked up from the ground once, be it by yourself or by someone else).

I'm gonna get a lot of hate for this but I seriously think unbreakable should be base kit for survivors, punish the killer for slugging too much...

We already get points for recovering. Removing hatch would just make it worse with the last guy having to hide and seek forever.
Slugging is a necessary strategy against very good teams since you need a lot of pressure against them, punishing a killer for it sounds lame to me. Maybe we could give survivors an option to make themselves bleed out faster but if your only problem is being slugged when 2 people are left, Unbreakable would be good enough for that.

I think if you've had time to recover to "find help" you should have option to speed up bleed out timer. If you can speed up hook states that are 2 minutes to be 10 seconds you should be able to speed up bleed out timer that lasts 4 minutes.

We need to get rid of the ideology that perks are there to remove problematic gameplay elements. Don't wanna get slugged? Unbreakable. Don't wanna get tunneled? Decisive Strike. Want to save safely when the killer camps the hook? Borrowed Time. That leaves room for 1 perk if you don't want to deal with any of those issues that might not even be your fault and make the game unfun and even unplayable.
"Just run the same perks all the time" should not be serious advice.

You are looking at this too one sided. The killer also has to bring regression perks if they don't wanna deal with genrushing, information perks if they don't wanna be looking for survivors the whole game etc. Each side has strong strategies they can do and perks to counter those is just basic game design, just because you don't wanna deal with it is no reason to remove it. Slugging is balanced right now since it lets killer trade in late game pressure for pressure right now, and being able to get a perk and counter it is always an option if you don't want to deal with it normally.

You do get points for recovering already. But it's a valid point that it is pretty boring to be slugged for the 4man but whether it happens or not either depends on what kind of match the killers had or how many hours they have in killer. If I'm playing killer and I've had a really sweaty match or I know the last persons toxic then I'll slug and go for the 4K but otherwise I just don't really care about the 4K anymore tbh I'll just hook the third and then do a 50/50 for who gets hatch or doors if I shut it. A 3K and a hatch escape is still a win, besides I'd rather move on to the next game and have some fun instead of dragging it out for a few more bloodpoints.

I really don't think slugging is that much of an issue. Good survivors will know how to heal downed survivors while the killer pursues another survivor. I always run knockout and this always happens.

Killers slug for the 4k because they don't want the last survivor to get their free escape. Remove the free escape and killers won't 4k slug anymore.

Because we already have points for wiggling and strugglling, we might as well just get some points for recovering. This would potentially also help in SoloQ etc, where some teammates just seem to not want to recover like at all

Technically though, slugging is a strategy so I don't think a killer should be punished for trying to get the upper hand. But imagine if survivors all ran DS with this base kit unbreakable. That is basically 5 perks.

I always thought that after 60 seconds a survivor shoukd be able to pick themselves up but suffer from broken.

I would suggest none of these. Slugging may be annoying, but if the Killer slugs everybody they deserved that win.

if you could have that then I would take pop as base kit for killers to stop gen rushing. would the be fair? no, it wouldn't because they are both playstyles that give the respective side an advantage. So why should killers be punished for a very balanced playstyle that is very easy to avoid. I am just saying that is the worst idea I have seen as survivors could bring ds and boom built-in small pp build. it is a perk for a reason and killers should not get punished for using a valid playstyle as if they added that to the game. Oni would become one of the worst killers in the game due to not being able to slug.
