Bottom bar on forum doesn’t work on mobile?

I’ve tried many times to look at the “alert” tab at the bottom of the mobile page but it just doesn’t work. Not only that, but none of the tabs work. When I hold down on any of them to try and open a new tab it only brings me to my profile. This is such an elementary issue, but it has persisted for so long for me. Why is this even a problem?

Might be your mobile browser, my bar seems to work fine on Chrome but has issues on the Samsung default browser.

Holding each of the four icons does the following:
The bell takes me to my notifications
The envelope takes me to my messages page
The star takes me to the discussions I’ve bookmarked
The little person in the circle takes me to edit profile page
Maybe the problem is only on your end?
