The perk is highlighted all the time when it has tokens.
Even in the terror radius it looks like it blocks the auras.

Without the killers point of view it's pretty impossible to say whether it's blocking all aura's
And the perk is supposed to be lit as soon as it gains one token so I am not sure exactly what the issue is here.

The perk is supposed to glow when it blocks auras. The effect is similar to Object of Obsession.
At least the perk worked this way before it was broken several month ago.

It was given a QoL change in patch 3.7.0 - which means it now lights up as soon as it receives one token.
